二月十一日，星期六，我跟J的約會。（還是要寫寫我們兩個嘛。）
11th February 2011, Saturday, my lunch date with J.
那星期我滿腦子都是Brunch的畫面，超級想吃蛋呀麵包呀之類的物體。鑑於我倆下午都約了人，就不能到香港吃我心目中較好的Brunch Spot。九龍嘛，我聽我朋友說尖沙咀K11附近開了間小店，早餐還不錯，就約J去試試了。
That entire week i was dreaming about brunch, absolutely craving for egg and bread- the winning comfort food combination of all time. Since we both dated other people in the afternoon, we had no choice but to stay in Kowloon for our brunch date. Heard from my friends that Brick lane in TST serves all day breakfast so this was the place for the date!
從K11走到店所在的棉登徑只需數分鐘，閘角位，很好認。店子很小，大概只容得下二十多人。檯與檯的距離也非常的小，鄰桌是肯定可聽到我們的對話啦。但落地玻璃、開放式水吧、帶有破舊味道的裝修…就是一個很休閒風的咖啡店。
Minutes away from K11, it is a small shop that barely fits 20 people. Very narrow passage, if any, between tables but the cosy interior design does make it a good place tohang out during the weekend.
Brunch餐牌的選擇並沒有很多，但沒關係，反正我是鎖定目標給它來個英式早餐（天知道我有多想念英國！）但我看到餐牌上有那個Tofu Scramble時我是有少許選擇困難症…但我都是堅持要All Day Breakfast囉。
As far as I remember the choices on the brunch menu are rather limited, but thats okay since my eyes were set on all day breakfast already. Okay I have to admit that I was a little bit struggle between scramble egg or tofu scramble, but I hold onto my original choice (I shall come again with my vegetarian best frd who would choose tofu scramble anyway)
我不愛早餐的肉（香腸及培根並不是我的菜~），所以沒有選Everything的All Day Breakfast及都是挑了蔬菜類的：我選了炒蛋配茄汁豆，蕃茄及炒蘑菇。HKD $75。
I am not a fan of meat that serves at breakfast time (I do not like sausage or bacon) so I picked three veggie items from the all day breakfast list to go with my scramble egg- baked beans, roasted tomato and fried mushrooms. HKD $75.
份量比我想像中少，只有一塊麵包就連大病初瘉吃很少的我也覺不夠，我是喜歡一口蛋一口包嘛。蛋很香很滑，也沒有混進太多的奶所以蛋味十足。茄汁豆就跟平常的沒差，但我是茄汁豆的粉絲所以我還是吃得很高興。驚喜的是不油的炒菇！我很怕英國那些一小口菇配一大匙油，這家的不油但菇沒有像死氣沉沉的，非常好。
The portion was quite small, I mean just a slice of bread? ONE slice? I was a bit disappointed since I am a bread lover. The egg was done perfectly, baked beans were the normal ones but I love it because I am a huge fans of baked beans. Highlight was the mushroom- not oily but not floppy, so good.
J要了班尼迪克蛋配煙三文魚。HKD $78（J，你要不要自己寫？）我嚐了一小口，記憶中那醬好像不錯。賣相是很美啦，而且份量比我的要大…
J ordered Egg Benedict with smoked salmon, HKD $75. I tried a bit and I thought the sauce was good. Nice presentation too and larger portion than mine certainly...
這家不供應套餐，飲料要另外收費，配咖啡或茶需額外十五塊。我叫了杯普通咖啡，J要了拿鐵（是嗎？）。Movenpick出品，好喝。
There were no set menu so we had to pay extra for the coffee (movenpick). A black coffee for me and latte for J (right?).
我沒試它家有名的Red Velvet Cake，師奶仔心態：$68元一件普通大小的蛋糕未免太過昂貴吧。但我看見鄰桌很享受的樣子，應該不錯。
we didn't try their famous red velvet cake since I thought it was quite ridiculous to charge HKD $68 for a normal size cut-cake. However judging from the satisfying looks of the table next to us, it should be good.
份量少，價錢不便宜，試了後還是覺得Brunch Club最好。但也不失為跟女友/情人約會的好地方。
Small portion and it is quite expensive, Brick lane is not quite there with Brunch Club- my all time favourite brunch spot. But still, it is a nice cosy place to go with your loved ones.

飯後我的甜牙齒有點癢，就拉了J去K11挑甜品吃。我給她兩個選擇：Paul Lafayet或是Smile。J挑了她未嚐過的Smile。我是吃了蠻多次，因為我覺得它家的用料較好，乳酪又好味，而且不比自助式的貴很多。這次我們挑了Nippon Froyo來分吃，HKD $65。日本風的味道，我大愛綠茶味的Mochi！軟硬適中，跟我最愛的Snog有得比！羊羹我本來就沒有太喜歡，但我的友F說它看起來好像牛眼…但吃下去還好。但我最愛的是藏在乳酪裡頭的柚子雪芭！！！酸酸甜甜的，跟乳酪是絕配！就是那種硬硬的雪芭跟軟軟的乳酪一起吃的滋味很爽啦！這個跟The Garden可以並列G之Smile必選！My mind was yelling for some sweet stuff after brunch so I sorted of drag J into K11 and gave her two choices: Paul Lafayet or Smile (froyo). J chose Smile as she had never tried before, while I have been to both of their shops for several times. I like how they serve quality toppings with nice yoghurt AND it does not cost that much more than those self-help froyo shops. We chose "Nippon Froyo" (HKD $65) to share and it was GOOD. I heart those little chewy green tea mochi but the best had to be the yuzu sorbet hided inside the yoghurt. The mixture of hard sorbet with soft yoghurt was heavenly. This, is now my favourite choice in Smile together with "The Garden"
